    Hello Cat,

    I personally wonder how you feel about detoxing and cleansing as in juice-fasting to enhance the healing process? Have you tried anything like that before, have you ever done a retreat at a place like that? Do you think it works well with intense training?

    Hey there! I just came across your blog and loved it. I myself am a Fitness enthusiast and Blogger from India (www.foodandfitnesstheory.com). My question to you is- how do you do cardio , like HIIT with a knee injury? Both my ACLs are torn (1/3rd) and this ligament tear sometimes gets jerked and then I cannot exercise at all. How do I get rid of stubborn fat this way ? Also, what are your views on the workouts P90x and BBG? Thank you xx

      Hi Niharika,
      I had a knee reconstruction back on 2005, so I can do exercise on my knees now, as I worked hard to build up the muscles. I still have a torn meniscus that I have to be careful of, so sometimes I have to stop and take it easy. I’m guessing you’ve been to see a doctor or surgeon? As I am neither I can’t say how you should be doing things. Sorry. :( Good luck on your journey!

    I follow you on snapchat and I saw you use the Good Guru a lot. Is there any particular ingredients or products you recommend? Also do you consume any protein powder? What is themain source of protein in your diet?

      Hey Rachel,
      I don’t use protein powders really unless they’re part of an oats product like The Good Guru, or I might have a protein smoothie after a workout, but not very often. I get most of my protein from things like quinoa, beans, chia seeds, chickpeas etc.
      If I were to start adding protein powder to my diet, I’d add it into my daily smoothie. :)

    CMaffan over the past year I have sort an interest in Yoga, your inspiration drove me to accept my Multiple Sclerosis and problems in walking, my 2or3 yoga classes per week with 3 gym classes & 2 swim sessions has kept me out of a wheel chair and out of bed changing my mentality I can now sometimes stand on on leg walk semi normal without my stick and I eat think live better live cleaner.

    Hey Cat,

    I just recently heard about Kayla’s BBG and I am completely inspired. I am a freshman in college and I feel like I have gained some of the “freshman 15.” I have never really been confident in my own skin either. I work out but I’m not seeing results. Summer is right around the corner and I’m ready to get that bikini body and to just feel confident. My main question is, do I have to follow the nutrition guide to see results because it’s hard to follow a diet when your living in a dorm at school. I don’t have access to a kitchen to make my own food.

    Hello, I came across your page while looking for others who may not have had so much luck with the BBG’s. I am finishing up week 7 (and did week 6 twice), and still do not notice any results. I eat clean, do every workout, do the LISS and HIIT training as I’m supposed to, and yet look exactly the same as my beginning photo. I am pretty small to begin with, so I didn’t have weight to lose, just wanted to build muscle and tone, as I have very little definition to begin with. I haven’t found anyone else who seems to not be showing results. The photos of other women who have amazing results after four weeks are actually becoming very demotivating. Do you have any suggestions? What else I could do to start seeing some results?

    I came across your page while researching a business paper for a class. I’m writing it on the minimalist line that Nike has. I was wondering what style you wear .
    Do you wear them for casual or for the gym.
