This month I’ve partnered with online retailer Surfdome to spread the love of the new summer bikini campaign, which I love as I can share my favourite beach yoga bikini photos with you. What I love about this is it’s not about just putting on a pretty bikini and sitting by the pool (as lovely as that sounds!), Surfdome is championing getting active in your bikini, so for me, it’s all about beach yoga and meditation. As part of this collaboration and my love of yoga on the beach, I wanted to share some helpful little tips with you when it… View Post

Epic Sana Algarve Review The last few days for me have been spent at the luxury Epic Sana Algarve Hotel in Portugal with my lovely fellow blogger and yoga teacher Phoebe from Wood & Luxe. After flying into Faro airport and getting a transfer over to the hotel I was excited to see just what was so epic about this place. It’s a bold name, so surely there must be something pretty special to wow the guests. As we arrived before our room was ready we took a stroll around the hotel and the grounds and within the first 15 minutes… View Post

I’m very fortunate to travel quite a bit through the blog and healthy travelling is very important to me. I love exploring new places and going on adventures with fellow bloggers and Rob, but the day of travel is always one I dread. I can’t stand the feeling of being stuck in the car or train on the way to the airport, then sat at the airport waiting then onto the plane to sit for a bit longer and then to MORE sitting in a car or coach to get to your destination. For the majority of people going on… View Post

Whether you’re based in London or you’re from out of town or overseas, you can still enjoy the the yoga side of London for a day, so I’ve created a little London yoga guide to help. I’ve got a couple of London days planned over the summer where I’ll just be floating from classes to events and on to some delicious eateries to get my healthy food fix. If you fancy doing something similar check out my London yoga guide including my favourite places to go for walk-in classes, events, workshops and food. Last weekend something wonderful happened (well, mostly wonderful!), I finally ran my first ever 10k race Mallorca style! The Sol Magaluf race, which I was invited to take part in by the ME Melia hotel group – the main sponsors of the race – was set to test both my mental and physical strength. I know a lot of people run a 10k with their eyes closed, but with the issues I’ve had over the years with my knees, this is such a huge achievement. Magaluf isn’t somewhere I’ve ever been to before, but I haven’t been living under a… View Post

A slightly different post from me this week… Because I had so many of you commenting on my Instagram posts and people snap-chatting me, asking about the outfits I was wearing whilst at the Azul Yoga & Pilates retreat last week, I’ve put together my yoga wardrobe. If you haven’t read about it yet, then read my Azul Retreat review here. For those who have read it and have seen the many Instagram posts, I’ve created this guide to my yoga wardrobe in case any one fancies an online shopping trip! As some of you will have seen from my recent Instagram posts, I’ve had the absolute pleasure of spending the past five days at the Azulfit Yoga & Pilates retreat. I often get asked for retreat recommendations, so I’m making it one of my mission this year to bring you reviews of the where I go. First up is my Azul Retreat review… Before I even arrived at Azulfit in Fuerteventura I knew it was going to be a good experience, not only because of the lovely AzulFit staff I’d been emailing, but because my wonderful friend, travel partner and stand-in… View Post

I’m beyond excited to be heading out to Azul Fit yoga retreat in Fuerteventura this Saturday for five days of pure yoga and foodie heaven. The fact that I’m getting to experience it with one of my favourite friends just makes it even better. This will actually be my first ever yoga retreat experience, so I can’t wait to fully immerse myself in what they have to offer. Of course I’ve been counting down the days and thinking about what I need to pack, so here are the things I’m taking that you may not have thought of. An Open… View Post

If you didn’t see my photos on Instagram, then you won’t know that I’ve just returned from a little trip to Iceland. Rob and I flew last Wednesday night, as I had some work to do there on Thursday & Friday and then we spent the weekend exploring. Here’s how we decided to explore Iceland in two days… Whilst in Reykjavik working we stayed in the cutest B&B called The Treasure B&B, which was right in the centre of town, but tucked away in little side road, so we still felt slightly hidden. We called our room ‘The Cave’ as… View Post

Sitting in my bedroom right now at my parents, having Rob just return from the Bahamas and then leave again back to our home, I’ve got a severe case of wanderlust and am on the hunt for some new adventure holiday destinations. I’ve been very lucky growing up and have amazing parents who love going on cultural holidays. When I was a little brat, I always moaned about going for long hikes of visiting amazing historic buildings…. oh how things have changed! I’ve gone full circle and am totally turning into my parents. There’s nothing quite like a good old… View Post
